    It depends. Do you have typical splined freehub body, XD or microspline? The cogs that are pictured are for a typical splined freehub body.

  2. It will probably work fine. The top speed you would lose depends on your chainring size (I think). There are gear calculators online that will tell you exactly.

    Even though the other gears are not skipping, they are probably not far behind that one with wear, so they will likely cause your new chain to stretch quickly and then you will be replacing chains more often until you replace the entire cassette.
