They’re just handlebars, as long as the stem has the same clamp diameter, that’s either 25.4 or 26.0mm. Another thing to consider is the brake lever clamp diameter. All my Nitto bars shrink in diameter after the stem, but yours look the same all the way through. I only run a front brake and just clamp it on top of my bar tape but when it’s the only way you can stop (freewheel) you might have to get new levers as well to be safe.
