I know this is a stupid question, but Im a bit lost right now.
So these are the tires: Schwalbe G-One Allround, Kevlar, 40-622
From this, the Schwalbe Website tells me to get these tubes [https://www.schwalbe.com/SCHWALBE-SCHLAUCH-NR.-17-28-700C-10400093](https://www.schwalbe.com/SCHWALBE-SCHLAUCH-NR.-17-28-700C-10400093).

So far so good, but how can I know, that these will fit?
Any help would be appreciated! (=

622 is your tire/wheel circumference, which is 700c/28/29inch.
40mm is your tire width.
The tube you linked will fit, it fits 700c wheels from 28mm to 45mm.
I agree it’s confusing sometimes because they use so many different systems.
622 is the rim size and 700refers to the diameter of the tyre. Tubes usually cover a range of widths, you need to get one within the range of your tyre. If I’m reading it right is 40 or more commonly 38. I may be wrong, hopefully, someone can correct this, but the tube you’ve been recommended seems thin, 17 to 28.
