Is my cassette toast (new chain skipping on higher gears) ? Any newer Shimano MF-TZ07 equivalent available ?

It wasn’t jumping before the swap because I suppose the stretched chain was matching the worn teeth ?
New chain on a worn cassette will jump.
The cassette does show visible signs of wear.
If you look at the left side of each of the teeth on top, you will see what we call mushrooming on that edge, where the metal is being squished. That’s a general sign of wear.

Replace the cassette/freewheel. Problem solved
