I replaced the cones, freehub and the axle on the rear, but eversince I’ve done that, the rear wheel is sitting offset. I’ve gotten the threads more or less equal and as well as the cone tightness. The wheel was centered before the overhaul.
I may have mixed up all the washers but have tried every possible combination. I also had reindex and adjust the limit screws on my gears because the chain was dropping off from the small cog.
The axle and cones were like for like parts and bought as a set.
The hub is a Fh-m525a and it’s a 9 speed on a 29″ wheel.

You don’t really need that spacer between the cone nut and the locknut on the cassette side, but I doubt removing that spacer will be enough to center the wheel.
Some cone nuts can have different widths, so maybe you switched them over. If all else fails, your wheel needs dishing.
