Get a black chainring

For better ride quality, get some nicer tires. Do the cranks if you just want fixie points.
Nah, it’s perfect and perfectly functional!! Aesthetically, it is up to you to make it You. But not many upgrades will change the simplistic functionality of the bike.
I like a blue frame, may be my next build’s color of choice.
Changing the forks will make it look so much better imo. Some 20$ Craigslist roadbike fork and you’re golden.
