I’ve just bought a lightly used Triban RC 120, I noticed that the wheel seems like it’s rubbing on something and I can hear a squeak. Also, the pedals move while freewheeling….any thoughts?

The pedals moving while freewheeling isn’t necessarily bad. It just means the free wheel has more resistance than the BB and derailleur jockey wheels.
The rubbing sound is probably a rubber seal on the hub or a weird brake rotor noise
