Aeroad front thru-axle help

Hi Every one,
I lost my Aeroad Front Thru-axle yesterday when putting the bike into my car (too stupid to miss😭). And canyon customer service said they don’t have available and compatible thru-axle to send me… (12×100, 1.75 thread pitch). This unique size is too hard to find after market. Do you guys have any suggestions to get the compatible one? Seeing my bike lying on the garage and can’t ride is so suffering :(.
