Hi,
What’s the use of the second notch on a shimano r7000 derailleur. Can i use it instead of the 1st notch to further reduce the distance between the pulley and cassette? I don’t see any information on shimano’s manual. My b-screw is maxed but the pulley is still far from the cassette. I’m using r7000-ss with 11-21 cassette.

When you say your B-screw is maxed, do you mean it’s fully backed out?
Screwing the B-screw in increases the distance between jockey wheel and cassette.
Backing the B-screw out decreases this distance.
This is a direct mount shadow derailleur. There is no B-scew. Only high and low limit screws.
