Have you already bought them? I cannot see anything online about them either, which doesn’t instill me with confidence in them. The easiest way to find out what pads they take are take the pads out and match them visually or measure them against the hundreds of pad shapes out there. They look to be rectangle shaped, so that narrows things down a bit.
If you haven’t bought them yet, I would strongly reconsider your options. Even entry level Shimano hydraulics are likely to be much better. Or if you’re adamant you want to use cables, look at TRP ones instead.

They are on aliexpress under different names. Most commonly they’re labeled ztto I think. Might also be zrace or iiipro. Basically a budget version of the juintecs. Trace velo tested them and they had some minor flaws but basically performed somewhere between mechanical discs and juintechs

I have these brakes albeit under a different name. They use the same pads as the Shimano M785 brakes.
