Know how to find your seat height the rest of the position will evolve over time you might have to adjust your reach or handlebar height after an injury after I broke my back in 2017 I rode around with this thing for 2 years before I could slowly get back into a

More aerodynamic position my better have she has two herniated discs in her neck and to solve this problem she has an adjustable stem my dad had knee Replacements and he wrote with this double linkage crank for the rest of his life whatever it is you have to do to

Keep riding do it but just keep on riding cuz once you stop riding for a long time it’s really hard to get back into it so do the adjustment so you can continue riding and be comfortable for the rest of your life

  1. Choosing the correct type of bike has been reinvigorating for me. I was riding a hard tail mountain bike from the 90โ€™s for EVERYTHING. Now I have 3 different bikes for different purposes with different settings & adjustmentsโ€”made a huge difference in enjoyment & performance!

  2. I'm a 54 years old bike lover and I've been riding as a bike as my makn mean of transportation since 2010 and I started to work as a bike courier since 2017. In 2020 I started to feel pain in my knees. The doctor said I had arthritis and arthrosis due to my age and working as a courier. Then I stopped ingesting white suggar and milk. I also started to train with weights. I reduced drastically my ingestion of white flour and my knees were alright until the beginning of this year when the pain started to catch up on me again. Then I decided to start gaining weight along with my weight lifting. I was 71 kilos and now I'm 78. This seems to be working fine and I hope I can keep on riding until the end of my life.
