The Pre-Cursa is a legitimate UCI-certified track bike; the other two are more fashion bikes.

All similar quality. The crit D is widely used in crit races, a lot of them in king of track crit races and many podium wins. Can’t go wrong with the pre cursa though. Heard decent reviews on the magnus as well.
