I’ve had the Canyon Grail 7 etap for 2 years now and i just discovered that the seat tube was not centered. Is this normal? I started looking for people that may have the same problem and i don’t find anything. Is it worth contacting Canyon and maybe get a frame change? I’ve been riding it for almost 2 years and I noticed nothing unless now.

All bikes are asymmetrical because you have the drivetrain on one side, brakes on the other etc. Check if both wheels are aligned and everything looks good when rebuilt but quite sure it is normal.
You can make out the taper to accommodate the drivetrain in both photos. I love that you took it apart
Normal, same for my Grizl. The bottle screws are aligned though
