Aerobars
It looks pretty damn awesome as is, but if it was me I would do the following…
1. Front rack and basket
2. Tanwall tires and a brown saddle to match
3. Silver stem, bars, seat post, brake levers, and crankset to match the wheels
4. Colored brake and shift housing. Maybe yellow and pink.
Fantastic build! Your daughter is super lucky! I’ve got 2 young daughters myself and can’t wait until they’re old enough for proper xbikes.
Oval chainring, dropper, Fox 40, Surly corner bars, pick any 4 of them.
Pegs + detangler
Frame bag! Preferably in matching colors! There’s a lot of real estate there between the tubes and you can always use more storage.
Beer holder.

Nothing to add but that is the most bisexual bike I have ever seen.
A light because it gets dark while you’re in the bar. Also, a better non “comfort” seat will be way better for actually riding.
