I’ve never really trained for climbs before this because there were very few hills where I used to live. I don’t actively train at all, really. I mostly ride for leisure and utility. Seeing my progression over the past few months has been very interesting. There are gaps of several days between each commute because I work from home most days.

The total elevation of my route comes down to around 130m over 8.4km (436ft over 5.2mi).
