    My guess is the cassette not fully in and the cup either side is not sitting in properly. Look closely which one is rubbing the mount area. If not, it could be the brake is very close to the rotor and try rebleeding it but push the piston away then bleed it. These might be the solution. Before I had the cassette that wasn’t fully seat in and it was rubbing the mount area.
