I’m new to this whole bike building. After bleeding my brakes and adjusting the calipers to get my brake to stop rubbing. But when I went to tighten my rear wheel, the wheel won’t freespin. If I loosen it a bit it’s okay. Not sure what’s wrong hoping someone could help me out! Thanks in advance!

My guess is the cassette not fully in and the cup either side is not sitting in properly. Look closely which one is rubbing the mount area. If not, it could be the brake is very close to the rotor and try rebleeding it but push the piston away then bleed it. These might be the solution. Before I had the cassette that wasn’t fully seat in and it was rubbing the mount area.
