Hey mi everyone! I just installed a new bb, crankset, pulleys and chain. Is this chain too short for a 12s cassette and a 32r chainring? The bike is a hardtail.

Did you follow Shimano’s chain sizing guide?
Following Shimano’s chain sizing guide should be optimal, but if you want to increase your chain length for peace of mind, use this as a reference: (with chain at the smallest cog)

Doesn’t look bad, but don’t forget to make the necessary B gap adjustment if you haven’t done so already. My XT derailleur has a notch on the backside that you use a reference, aiming to get the 51 tooth cog in line with the notch.
