  1. Info:

Apologies for the wind-noise but I can’t recreate this very easily on the trainer.

Concerning creaking coming from the BB area when seated or standing whilst pedalling.

No lateral play in the BB or crank arms.
Pedals have been greased and re-tightened.
Seatpost has been carbon-pasted and re-torqued.
Sound isn’t coming from the headset.

EDIT: I’m aware I have two posts up, two problems at once T.T

I cannot for the lifo of me figure out which of the many sounds you consider creaking i cant hear them over the screaming of your dry chain and it also sounds like the fd is rubbing a bunch. But i cannot hear anything that sounds like creaking to me.

Creaking can be anything even tough it seems to come from the BB area. Last year I tracked down creaking for weeks and disassembled and changed basically everything on the drive train. My buddies gave me all kinds of tips what to fix, from derailleur clamp to bottle cage. In the end the culprit where the sprockets of my 105 cassette rubbing on the plastic separators.

  4. Problably just a ball bearing in your crank, it’s a nice bike so I’m assuming you have money to fix it, also new chain would be good. If you don’t care about it just keep riding it until the bearing turns to dust
