hello, so my new gravel the back wheel in the chainstay doesn’t have equal clearance however its correct in the seatstay. I did informed the manufacturer they admitted that the bike frame the XL size has more inaccuracies, however it doesn’t affect the bike.

I had a puncture and I wish I didn’t remove the tyre but unfortunately i did see that happen all my paint has gone off because of the tyre rubbing..
the bike is alminium how can i push for a new frame! evidently it does compromise the bike the unequally clearance. plus does it have any safety the fact i do see the alminium is it possible that has gone weak?
