I indulged myself a bit and bought a set of Skyway Tuff II’s with modern 9t cassette. The bike rode smooth for a week or so, then the hub started catching (see video). I know very little about servicing hubs. Any advice on these other than going back to spokes?

It’s a basic odyssey/joy tech type cassette used by the skyways, as simple as can be. It’s just 3 pawls and a spring clip on the driver, so incredibly easy to disassemble and service. Cone locking nut off, pull driver out.
