Sorry for the bad video quality as the camera wasn’t focusing on the front
I’ve tried to push down the fork, throw my bodyweight back by straightening the arms, bringing my hips backwards and trying to push the pedals with my feet. However, I could barely lift my front wheel off the ground. What am I doing wrong here? Any tip would be appreciated! 🙏

Need tips for manual learning (Unable to bring my front wheel high)

You’re going directly down and back in a single diagonal line. You need to be going down and then back, two movements, the first of which helps preload the fork and the second shifts the center of mass over the rear axle and gives rearward momentum. You’re going to need a lot of that momentum, too, because that bike looks pretty long relative to your arms and legs.
