Steal My Camera? We Have Drama! LS22EWT

Occasionally, when TPS (Traffic processing services) at Marlowe House see other police involved they just drop and refuse to prosecute. I did ask them to get back to me and confirm whether they were going to prosecute this but didn’t hear back, and it appears that they didn’t. I’m quite disappointed in that, as I feel he should’ve been prosecuted.
The Royal Parks Police, by contrast, were awesome and very helpful here.
