My issue similar to this was one of the pins on the chain being a little long and clicking on something as it passed by the hub sprocket

Is your non-driveside crank hitting the end of the brake wire on the far side of the bike we cannot see?

I would guess it’s related to your crank or sprocket since the sound seems to occur at the same time on each crank rotation. If it were chain related the sound would more likely occur at the same time with each chain rotation. It takes about four complete crank rotations to get the chain around, so if it were a chain pin hitting somewhere, it wouldn’t happen with each crankspin. Same is true with hub/brake rubbing issues, the noise will repeat itself with each wheel rotation. Just a little pattern I noticed that has helped me track down trouble noises on my own bikes

Check your bolt drive on your sprocket.
Check your chain alignment
Tighten your chain and make sure your wheel is straight it shouldn’t be sagging.
Check for pins out of alignment on the chain sounds like a pin is making contact to the hub where the cassette is located.
And also make sure your sprocket is straight
Also try making the sound when the bike is upright instead of upside down
