I bought a second hand Revolt 1 2020 a few months ago and really like it. So far used it for commuting and a 3 day bikepacking trip – loaded it with a frame bag and seat pack, worked wonderfully. More eyelets on the fork would be great though for putting fork bags – looking for ways to handle that.

I’d buy it for $500. I’m surprised to see that crankset with thru axels. If I were you, I’d offer $450 and set another $200 aside for a new bottom bracket, crankset, chain, and cassette (can’t tell what size that is). If it comes pre screwed, it hurts less when you scratch it.

Yes! Offer $450 and replace the crankset, BB, chain, and cassette.

The bike is OK but I find the price too high. You can get a new aluminum bike on Sora with about the same price (e.g., something from Decathlon) – it would be under warranty, with a known wear of it’s components + you would know that no one practice jumping on it. I would pass.
