I’ve had these since 2017 and they have seen better days. I’m looking for ideas to get them back to as close to shiny-white new as possible. Cleaning the lining, but more importantly the outside which I believe is Sidi’s own type of vinyl. Also potentially a light fine sanding/reseal on the carbon sole if that can be done.
I’ve used my cure shoe cleaning on it and most of the marks on the vinyl just won’t budge. I need advice because I don’t want to ruin them with the wrong kind of solvent.
The big thing for me is these are the Speedplay variant so I want them to last as long as possible, and I haven’t seen anything which is Speedplay specific (for lower stack height) for years.
