Wondering if anyone has any information/had a similar experience:
Ordered a JRA 2 from HEADBikesUSA (which I thought was the official HEAD store).
Bike arrived in a DESTROYED box (suspicious) and with a manual from Cycle Force Group, which appears to be a Taiwanese bicycle imported.
Anyone know anything ???? Any and all advice appreciated

It’s not suspicious to have some minor corner damage on the box of a heavy item that has been shipped around the world.

Your surprised your $350 bike is imported? Did you think you were getting hand built, American made because it had USA in the web link? They don’t claim to be Made in USA.
