Finally got the correct ride height after struggling to get the seat post cut. It’s been enjoyable, however I’ve found my saddle to be extremely hard & uncomfortable. The Velobike Bunch Bars are rad but so damn narrow and so hard to get a good handle on.
Took it on a ride to the beach yesterday & encountered strong side wind at the exact moment I was fixing my sunglasses/hat & completely lost control of the bike so I ended up buried in sand. I figured it was due to the these deep dish pizza wheels.
Any recommendations on a new saddle and handle bars? Recommendations that would complement this ride?

I really like my Zipp Ergo 80 bars and Cambium 15 seat.
So much sand. Your saddle looks angled, and not align with your top tube
I constantly battle with getting parts that look cool in photos vs are actually comfortable/functional. I tend to lean more for latter lately.
If you want bunch bars, aliexpress ones like ones I have on my profile go up to 38mm
