  1. At ~5 seconds, when you’re bending your arms and crouching down, your weight should, instead, be farther back dangling out over your rear axle, and your arms straight. If you let go of the handlebars you would fall backwards. The ‘jerk’ to pop the front wheel comes from leaning back, lifting your feet, and dropping your butt while pushing it backwards, *not* from snapping your arms.

    The goal is essentially to stay on the very edge of looping out, but you balance on top, and ride it up for as long as possible (or necessary depending on the situation), and you need your weight pretty far back.

    Try to do this exact same thing in such a way as you’re only pulling on the bars, and your weight farther back.
