Tires: Pirelli Cinturato Velo, Rim: Alexrims RXD6 TR.
After pressurising tyre air leaks and forms those bubbles across (almost) entire rim and only on one side. Tape is 23mm and inner diameter of the rim us 19mm (only tape I had at hand), but seemed to fit well.
Different sealant (currently using effeto mariposa vegetalex)? Different tape? Just redo everything? Curious for your answers, have a great day!

Sounds like the tyre didn’t pop snugly onto the rim, especially if the problem is only on one side. Is the tyre on straight, does the bead run uniform across the whole wheel?
How did you inflate it? Road bike tubeless tires i usually work with a compressor or adequate high-end footpump. Deflate them, massage them arund to refit them a little and give it a bit extra pressure (don’t be excessive, try for 45 psi or so) to find the pop. Lubricate the tire rim with dish soap if you need extra help.
Otherwise, if they’re on straight and true the sealant might need time to work? It’s not unusual for sealant to bubble around a bit before it settles and sits tight. So it might just work to give it a bit more pressure and maybe top up the sealant, and let it sit overnight.
