It’s something you can pretty much rip open without using any cutters or tools if you only yank it hard enough. If you care about your bike, get something else like a u-lock

Cable lock, don’t expect much security wise, you can cut through those with a pair of Klein rebar pliers.

I know people say they’re not secure, but I have been using one for a decade and haven’t had any issues.
