My bike came with a reverb dropper that is just slightly too long for me. I’d like to replace the seat anyways so I was wondering if there are any seats out there that sit especially low, such as one with the rails closer to the base and a flatter, less cushiony base. I think I need about 10mm to make it work.

10mm is probably going to result in your butt hitting the top of the seatpost hardware. Historically, Reverbs suck and end up for sale or in the trash. I’d consider saving yourself some trouble and get a different post with 180mm of travel. I’m surprised to hear they put such a long post on a bike that fits you otherwise.
There are some super low profile road saddles, but you’ll likely balk at the price and lack of comfort.
Wtb Silverado has a low stack height.
SQlab 611 is super low stack and also pretty comfortable.
