      About 3 1/2 yrs to 4 yrs old is when most children begin to understand the concept of lying. A good way of testing your child is to read Snow White to them. They can’t understand why Snow White would eat the apple until they get the concept of deceipt; then begins the fun wherein they’ll be covered in chocolate yet deny they stole it.

      Most people begin to realise when they can’t get away with lies if caught red handed, but some never progress beyond the chocolate covered lips stage; “I didn’t take the chocolate!” Aka “I didn’t use the phone

      There are drivers in the UK who carry out more reckless acts than this but he focuses just on mobile phone use. I get going on your phone while driving is dumb but does he ever report other road crime or not?

      Hi mikey, that was a very good catch! Had no idea of your presence, i get the impression he didn't want you to see what he was typing/watching, the way he hid the device so quickly, then the penny dropped! Nice work.

      Help. Mikey is the best, I am sure, but can anyone please recommend some channels for other camera-cyclists. To date, I am told, the police in Edinburgh are not interested in video evidence from cyclists and will not respond. How can this be? I could be wrong, though. Thanks.
