Hey everyone, considering buying a new gravel bike and came across this one on Facebook. Would you consider this a good buy? Would you trust the ican frame?
2021 I-can carbon fiber frameset. Salsa bars. GRX 810 group 1×11. 40t chainring, 11-44t rear cassette. Canyon post. Reynolds ar29 carbon wheelset New Venture 50 tires. Set up tubeless. Rides like a dream. 1500 or so miles on it. Fully serviced. No noises. Set up with front brake on the right (properly IMO) 160 front 140 rear brakes. Come and take it for a spin. Pedals not included. Cash only no ship. No trades. Priced to sell already.

The “never clamp a carbon frame on the top tube” crowd are gonna have a day with this one. I mean the components look nice, depends on the price.
Clamp it on the seat tube, never on the top tube! Even if it is an alloy frame!
Front brake on the right is the craziest part of the ad for me.
It’s probably a good bike but if you really aren’t sure, ask if you could take it to a mechanic together.
yes, it’s a great frame. no less than any other. if anything the top tube clamp worries me more
Ive seen some reviews on ICAN frames. Road and gravel and they have all been quite fond of the quality. If you give a crap about the likes of hambini and trace Velo, take a look at some of their videos
