The little plastic cap you see on the end of your pedals, typical of almost every pedal, can be removed, painted and put back on for dirty cheap.. You could also get a red head set spacer/washer. Maybe a red anodized seat bolt… you could find some colored stem bolts but i would not trust alloy..its either ti or chromoly, and i wouldnt paint bolt heads since it wont last.
Could add a colored washer down at your cranks, the world wont see it but you will. Realistically there are a lot of ways to add color to your bike, the question is just how far you want to go with it, and how much you want to spend on aesthetics.
Changing bar ends, adding subtle stickers or stencils, painting pedal bearing covers or some washers is going to be dirt cheap. Getting a new chain, cranks, seat or ti stem bolts cause you like the color is going to cost you.
I’m thinking yellow instead of red. Remove the black stickers off the frame, and remove the sticker off the fork. Yellow grips, pedals, stickers and chain.
