KÖLN – JAPAN: Die Reise beginnt pt.1

Mit spätem Aufbruch in Köln beginnt die erste Etappe.
Nach stattlichen 50km dann bei Euskirchen in den Busch gepflanzt.
Die nächsten zwei Tage Luxemburg durchkreuzt. Schöne kleine Sträßchen durch die Felder und ein märchenhafter Schlafplatz direkt am Fluss.
In Frankreich dann, dem TET folgend, das erste Mal runter vom Asphalt.
Hauptsächlich Feldwege, macht aber schon richtig Laune und ist ein guter sanfter Einstieg für uns Offroad Laien. Ich freue mich schon auf mehr!

All right, the bike is ready, I got my stuff together tested once again in the garage which meant for us, just load up the bike and go As you know, it always takes a lot longer than planned, at least for me it’s always like that Pops was already finished and took off

Dad with his 30 liter tank will hopefully give me a sip We are in Luxembourg by the way Lets see if the Luxembourg TET has some offroad passages I think unpaved roads are not really allowed in Luxembourg and the TET claims to always be legal, so

Probably small paved roads. Where is he going? Thats the section he wanted to leave out, now we’ve passed it and we’re reversing it back up again looking for a place to sleep maybe here on the river would be commitment, if I go down I cant get back up abort we cant continue here

Yes, I did that too Commit! that was better So now the first activity will be a bit of off-road training, very nice place here. front wheel is off the ground Such a nice road Now the bike is finally worth it not too easy this is like hiking without walking and with more noise

Okay it was too quick dude. Too quick for zero skill I thought speed gives security, it does a little bit, but If something goes wrong no, better to master slowly first so the risk is smaller 3rd time looking for a sleeping spot
