We might be able to tell you slightly more if you show pictures of the rear derailleur and any more of the brand name on the down tube.
Generally speaking, there were dozens, maybe even hundred of manufacturers producing inexpensive road bikes in the 1970s . They are dependable transportation but not worth much.
