Is it lubed?
clean it good then re lube it probably gona stop

Jockey wheels too add up to noise
That high pitched squeaking is lack of chain lube. The creaking *might* be the BB – is there any play in the cranks? Does it do it when you’re riding but not pedalling?
No, warranty won’t cover basic maintenance.
Clean your drive train and lube it.
