Wanted a budgetish cargo bike without spending a ton of money on one or a Clydesdale fork. Still in the test process but has been a smooth ride so far. Mostly a parts bin build.

Maxxis DTH 26×2.3 tire and Maxxis Griftor 20×2.4
1×9 Drivetrain with SRAM X5 rear derailleur with a XO 9 speed shifter(looking for the matching derailleur if anyone wants to sell)
Sugino cranks w/36th wolf tooth chainring
Tektro levers with promax rear brake and bb5 front brake
Using a surly 8 pack rack I had sitting around but want to get a 24 pack at some point.

Hell yeah. Like, in general for the whole thing, but also specifically because I don’t think I’ve seen a BIG MAMMOTH FAT on a new build in like 19 years.
(Also, OP, if you wanna let me know the ground to crown measurement on that fork and wheel combo so I can definitely absolutely not consider poaching this setup that’d be great. Thanks.)
