Initial review-
I’m 6’8” with a long torso. I was right on the edge of XL vs XXL and I chose XXL. Saddle is as low as it can go within the allowable range and it fits perfectly. Any more and the bike would be too big.
Incredibly impressed with the electronic shifting. I never knew what I was missing. It’s a game changer. So smooth.
The Fizik Argo saddle combined with the VCLS seat post makes for a very comfortable ride.
I just threw flats in it for the first ride to see how it felt and I hated it. SPD will be out on for next ride.
Bike is noticeably more affected by crosswinds than my hybrid alloy. Gotta stay on it or you’ll get whipped around. But the compliance is amazing. Super comfortable ride.
Set a Strava PR on a climb I’ve done 50 times and I wasn’t pushing it so it’s definitely a climber.
Has a slight vibration when pedaling which I need to look at but it was super windy so who knows. Shifting was flawless.
All in all I’m really happy with it so far!

I bought one in early November, happy birthday to me. Not quite 800mi on it so far.
I disagree about the bike being affected by wind, I think you’re just feeling the new geometry. It will be a huge change from a hybrid.
The climbing, though? On easy single track I am faster on the Grizl than on my Lux Trail. The thing is a goat.
