Hello lovely people just landed here in Italy I’m at the lungo mar bike Hotel they’ve got loads of exciting stuff they’ve got Spar upstairs a swimming pool everything that you possibly want to go on a bike holiday with and we’re getting ready for the grand Fondo Del Po Hello nice to meet you nice to meet you Sylvia we’re at the longo Mar bike Hotel how long have you been doing this we from 65 years we host cyclist from 4 years about 4 years yeah and you rent bikes you’ve got a gym you’ve got pretty

Well I love amazing also pasta with capr we going to have a nice mixed grill with nice salad and potatoes lovely he’s looking excited everything so this is padena yes the greatest bread of all time what you do is you put your bread with some cheese or some meat and then
