Trying to install a 10 speed 105 cassette on the trainer. The last and second last cog are spaced differently. There is a spacer in between them but if I don’t insert these spacers the cogs are loose.

spacer goes under the largest sprocket
As others have said, you need the 1.85mm spacer behind the cassette. If that doesn’t work, measure the cassette body and make sure it’s 37mm.
Make sure the smallest cog is aligned correctly with the grooves on the freehub body.
