  1. It's inspiring and encouraging to see students cycling to school. I saw very few wearing helmets or hi viz. To me, that means the emphasis is on not crashing and separating cyclists from cars and drivers, which is the Dutch approach. Keep up the great work cycling and documenting the cycling in Oulu!

  2. Hey from Yekaterinburg, Russia! During the winter season of 2021, the mileage was more than four thousand km. Snow helps me a lot in winter. The reason is that in our city, snow absorbs smog and dust from the air. As a result, more oxygen enters the lungs, the power of the cyclist's muscles increases by 5-15%. Do you feel a burst of energy during a snowfall?

  3. It warms my heart to see kids riding bicycle to school in freezing weather rather than driven to school. We in North America just over pamper our children and not challenge them enough.
