I’ve replaced the tires on my road bike. When I’m inflating them, they make these popping noises. They get increasingly louder as the pressure increases. On my rear wheel, I had the same thing happening. I deflated the tire and when I inflated it again, the noise was gone. Is this just the tire popping into place or should I be worried?

It’s the tire bead popping into place, one of my favorite sounds. Bigger volume tires are boomier, but I’ll take tinny road tires too. But that’s a damn high pressure to seat a bead.
Edit: I hope you’re not going much over 5 bar. That’s a lot of pressure for what looks like 32s.
The sound we‘re all waiting for. Tire jumps into place.
Lol
Popping sounds are good 👍
That’s a sound you want to hear when installing tires – the bead not seating is a problem.
Ah yes, the classic BCJ bait post. Shit, I’ll take it
Would this inflator pump a mtb tyre fast enough?
That’s just your wheel cracking its knuckles
Perfectly normal. Love that sound
That’s a good noise
Just asking, you chose to put the cheapest Continental tires on the market to some fairly expensive looking wheels?
God why do I love that sound so much?
