  1. If you do decide to go touring on this (on a flat route I hope!) surely you ought to be using pannier bags and a top bag. If that’s not enough storage, then get some sort of basket for the front too. I saw someone touring on a city bike like this last summer along the Grand Union Canal, so clearly people do it, but this is not a bike designed for bikepacking or the associated bags like you’re asking about.

    If you load this type of bike (damesfiets) with your gear, the frame becomes unstable due to the lack of the topbar in the frame. Although not impossible, I would suggest using a more stable frame for the ease of riding.
    If you want to strap a triangle bag into the frame, another frame (herenfiets) would definitely help for both stability and ease of mounting the bag

    Panniers and a fairly big drybag on the rear rack. Basket on the front for some more storage.
    And if you are really (I mean really, really) lucky there might exsist a small enough framebag to fit in that frame, if not you will have to get a custom made or make one yourself.
