First one looks like it had bend fork.
280€ will get half as old aluminium bike with brifters, or used triban.

In my city the demand is pretty high, so I would expect them to sell at least for 200€. I am sure some people with no experience would buy them anyway for that kind of money after a long time. That’s why the market is so weird right now.
A couple months ago I sold a bike for 330€ with a complete Campagnolo groupset. I thought my price was fairly reasonable compared to what other bikes like these sold for and it still took quite a long time to sell it. Anyway I think you could find something better for that money if you keep looking
