Well good morning from crittin once again I have no idea if I’m saying that correctly I’ve just started my ride this morning and I’ve had a really lovely mostly downhill run so far I’m about to get into some hills and then and it’ll flatten out as I head up
Towards cleveden which is where I’m hoping to get tonight but we’ll see it would be a longer ride than the last couple of days but it should be flatter as well after the next I don’t know 50 mil or so 80k well I think that’s it for
Now and I will share more from along the way we just come to the center of Clevon gorgeous old city center beautiful church back here oh it’s lovely I really have not gotten much footage today that’s largely because at some point today I decided I really just wanted to go
Faster and go on the main road roads for a little bit so that’s what I’ve been doing and I just haven’t been taking much footage of it because you know there’s traffic and it’s not the most interesting route I think I’ll return to the side roads tomorrow but it has been
Nice to go a little bit faster for a change it’s also been really flat the last I don’t know few hours which has been lovely so I’m making pretty good time and I’m going to be staying just outside cleveden earlier that was not cleveden that was Taunton clev was in my
Head so I’ll give you a little picture of the scene now there’s some adorable ponies across the way a hey guys happily eating and this is the road I’ve been cycling along there we go all right onward just like that and I’m now off the main road and onto this gorgeous path
Apparently this is Strawberry Lane which is an Old Railway line that follows what was once the cheddar Valley train line apparently they used to carry strawberries from this area into the London markets lovely okay off we go well good morning from clevedon as per usual I completely failed to get any
Footage when I got in last night I um I got got in after dark and the place where I stayed is this relatively inexpensive self-catering accommodation just outside cleveden which was awesome and they left me an envelope with instructions like in a map for how to
Find my room but for the life of me I could not read the map and I went around in circles until eventually I found my way but it was it was a sad State of Affairs for someone who’s trying to navigate her way up the length of the
Country oh I’ve just been finding my way to the start of my route today I’m going to be back on the side paths I think I’ll be following the national cycle Network today um as it’s quite a high traffic morning Monday morning here in England so I’m looking forward to
Getting out of this traffic and off the beaten path so that’s it for me this morning more soon here’s the scene it’s kind of a I don’t know not that much to see this morning but it’s a a lovely little town all right more soon just coming over the aan
River probably once again mispronouncing it but it’s got such a beautiful view well this is annoying this is the second one so I’m going to go find a go round it’s quite a little bit of a Dumping Ground here as well so that’s unfortunate that’s some beautiful
Artwork all right I’m going to go figure out where I’m going and we’re back on track well I’ve been waiting for this sea of Amazon delivery trucks to go by so I could capture this that’s apparently the Prince of Wales Bridge crosses between oh there’s one crosses between England and Wales it’s so
Beautiful hello from Berkeley just quite an ancient Town first recorded in the year 824 um and known more for a castle built here in the 12th century Berkeley castle where King Edward II is believed to have been murdered and also where Edward Jenner The Physician that created the
Small pops vaccine was born anyway it’s really cool here I’ve really lingered around at lunch cuz I haven’t wanted to leave it’s just such a beautiful space and scene we go all right onward well it has been raining for a little while it’s so beautiful though I’ve just been riding along this
Canal for quite a few kilm I am currently feeling really happy with myself for getting waterproof gloves which I’m about to put on because my hands have been getting increasingly gross and with the wound that is is healing um throw back to the start of this that
Is getting better but um I really want to keep it dry so yay going to put these on now and keep going welcome to gler I think that’s how you say it not sure I just wanted to capture one more video before I leave gler it’s just such a gorgeous scene
Well hello from Worcester for once I’m remembering to do a video at the end of the day phw I was so happy to arrive here I had booked uh myself a room at a Premier Inn which is just a standard chain here in the UK that also is known
For allowing bikes in the room which I really appreciate and both the bike and I arrived as quite a soggy muddy mess as it’s just been pouring rain the last few hours so I was really happy to get in and I’m looking forward to drying out
And getting myself a warm meal before I shut down for the night yeah it was a really enjoyable ride today other than the rain it’s probably one of the flattest rides I’ll do through this journey and just so many beautiful towns and rivers that kind of
Feel magical in the rain so yeah long but beautiful day anyway I’m going to go dry off and we’ll see what the morning holds hopefully a drier day tomorrow but I really can’t count on that in this in this time of year um autumn in the UK so
I’ll be ready to put my wet weather on if I need to all right more soon

I liked how you skipped Bridgwater,😉
Disused railway line cycle paths are ace, usually quite flat as well.
A really good run , well done 👍
Thanks Edna
