Depending on your area it is between okay to rather expensive. It is a Fuji Absolute from around 2015-18 as they only did that ridge on the top tube for a few years. To get a [similar new bike from Fuji](https://www.fujibikes.com/collections/active/products/absolute-19-21) you are looking at ~700.
Looks like a bike fixer up person is selling it. If it has been on marketplace for a few weeks you should have some room to negotiate. If you could get into the low 300s it would be decent deal for my area, a PNW city.
