I found this on craigslist for $380 – owner said that it’s fully loaded and in excellent condition. Plan to use it for daily commute to school and work in all weather, and riding on mostly paved bike paths/trails. Is this a good deal?

Do they have a higher resolution photos?
I vote yes. Generally any working bike, from a good brand, in good condition, is worth $200. And if all the bits and pieces shown (light, fenders, rack, lock) are included, those are at least $200 if you had to buy on your own.
