  1. scoop up your feet to bring that rear wheel up your butt! very nice progress for 3 days.
scoop up your feet and let the bike get pushed up and foward. hope it helps

  2. I hit the handlebars with thighs. My legs are nearly straight at the peak of the pull up. That’s pretty good though. Try stretching more you look a little stiff.

  3. I always think of a trampoline when making the hop motion. Try and be fully preloaded and bent down then stand straight up with the same pull up on the bars you got

I’m not sure this helps a ton but for starters, I’m fixing those handlebars to be straight with your forks. IMO you have too much of your body over center of the frame.

    2. JUMP! I thought your Loading Form looked great, just umph that MFER.

  5. Dude! I’m impressed!

Quit hugging your handle bars, and keep your weight back.

Do this exact same thing again, but this time try to do it in such a way that you *only pull* on your handle bars, No pushing. Keep your arms and back straight, and start with your weight farther back and a little higher. Lean back more to get your weigh behind the back wheel. Drop your butt and push it back, then ‘reel it in’ by leaning back to help pull up the front wheel.
