    My self made bike bag, pannier/harness not sure how to call it lol bikepacking bag which is overkill?

      The molle straps on the side might turn out to be a bad idea if they catch onto something solid 😅

      But it looks like a solid and versatile.. pannier harness(?) Idk

      That’s very cool! Great work. What we would call this would be “DIY panniers.” DIY is “Do It Yourself.”

      Literally this thing turned out so big that I can fit 2x 15l drybags tent poles in the middle and still have space for maybe small drybag

      IMHO, this concept of “paniers-harnesses” is underexploited and have great potential.

      At home, we have [https://www.bakkiecycles.fr/en/](https://www.bakkiecycles.fr/en/) which share some similarities – great everyday value (can carry almost everything, from massive packages to backpacks and groceries).

      Looks good! Would add one small change: a drain hole at the bottom. It looks like it can form a puddle down there as the fabric will naturally form a tub when loaded.

      I actually really like the concept. Using dry bags like that is versatile. It’s adds a little weight is a negative. The sewing looks quality for a novice. Will done!

      I like the concept. Maybe put a drainhole with a grommet on the bottom.

      It looks like it’ll mostly drain out of the sides, but a grommet or two at the bottom would help drainage further.

      edit:

      looking at the molle strap stitching holding the paracord, maybe make those eyelets? If just one of those stitching points rips out, the whole thing will slacken, and your dry bags may pop out if you don’t always tie the knot on top.
